The Nets have traded reserve guard/forward Antoine Wright to the Mavericks for a future 2nd round pick. Wright played in 41 games (10 starts) this season for the Nets and he was averaging 25.8 minutes, 7.3 points, 3.0 rebounds and 1.6 assists per game. Wright has now played in 143 games (33 starts) in his NBA career and he has averaged 17.9 minutes, 4.6 points, 2.3 rebounds and 0.9 assists per game. This was a good move for the Mavericks who needed depth after the larger trade with the Nets.

Josh Howard led the way for the Mavericks with 17 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Dirk Nowitzki only shot 4 of 15 from the floor and he finished with 15 points, 9 rebounds, 7 assists and 2 steals. Jose Juan Barea only played 24 minutes last night but he still finished with 13 points, 3 rebounds and 5 assists. The Mavericks are now 34-17 on the season.

The Mavericks really laid an egg on Sunday Night against the Nets as they only shot 36.5% from the floor. Dirk Nowitzki led the way for the Mavericks with 21 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. Josh Howard pitched in with 16 points and 4 rebounds. Brandon Bass had a solid game off of the bench with 13 points, 6 rebounds and 2 assists in only 22 minutes on the court. The Mavericks are now 34-16 on the season.

The Mavericks dominated the first three quarters of this game 78-55 and then they cruised to victory in the 4th quarter. Dirk Nowitzki led the way for the Mavericks with 21 points, 6 rebounds and 2 assists. Devean George had a solid game off of the bench with 13 points, 5 rebounds and 3 assists in only 22 minutes. Brandon Bass was also effective off the bench with 12 points and 4 rebounds in 25 minutes. The Mavericks are now 34-15 on the season.

The Mavericks outscored the Bucks 36-25 in the 4th quarter to prevail last night. Dirk Nowitzki recorded the first triple double of his NBA career as he finished with 29 points, 10 rebounds and 12 assists. Jason Terry pitched in with 23 points, 3 rebounds and 4 assists off of the bench. Josh Howard also had a solid game with 17 points, 8 rebounds and 2 steals. The Mavericks are now 33-15 on the season.
